
The natural question was whether the pressure should bereduced.
We did not begin there.
First, we looked at what had changed:
The report suggested that the discomfort was occurringalongside increased leakage later in the night.
That did not prove the leak was the only cause. But it gaveus a more useful place to begin than changing the pressure immediately.
The first step was to review the mask fit and observe whathappened over the following nights.
Sometimes pressure is the issue.
Sometimes it is only where the discomfort is felt.
